Nadjev za Strudlu
(Savijacu) od Visanja
ili Tresanja
Sastojci:
1 kg visanja ili tresanja
ociscenih od kostica (to je otprilike 1-1/4 kg neociscenih)
150g rastopljenog maslaca
ili margarina
1/2 salice bijelih mrvica
100g do 200g secera (za
tresnje je potrebno manje secera)
1 mala zlicica cimeta u
prahu
Secer u prahu za posipavanje
Vanilin secer
1 smijesa
tijesta
za strudle (ili 1 pakovanje od 500g gotovog tijesta za
strudle)
Napomena:
umijesto
tresanja ili visanja mozete upotrijebiti bilo koju vrstu sljiva ili
grozdje.
Priprema:
- Odlezano priredjeno tijesto
podijelite u dva dijela. Svaki dio izradite rukama, rastanjite u
pogacu,
premazate sa malo ulja i pocnite razvlaciti preko stoljnjaka na stolu,
lagano pazeci da ne pukne i tako dugo dok ne prekrije cijeli stol i
predje
preko krajeva stola.
- Poprskajte cijelu povrsinu tijesta
sa rastopljenim maslacem, obrezite i odstranite debele zavrsetke na
krajevima
tijesta, posipajte mrvicama i zatim otprilike 5 centimetara od svih
krajeva,
na tijesto rasporedite pola nadjeva od visanja ili tresanja.
- Umijesajte cimet u secer i pospite
pola secerne smijese preko nadjeva, preklopite sa pocetkom tijesta,
uzmite
stoljnjak sa objema rukama i lagano uvijte tijesto kao roladu. Oprezno
stavite strudlu u podmazani protvan.
- Zagrijte pecnicu na otprilike
180 stupnjeva C. Ponovite postupak sa drugim dijelom tijesta, lagano
premazite
kompletan strudl sa ostatkom rastopljena maslaca ili margarina i pecite
dok ne dobije lijepu rumenu boju.
- Ostavite da se malo prohladi,
pa dok je jos topao pospite sa mijesavinom od secera u prahu i vanili
secera.
Servirajte toplo ili hladno.
