Traditional
Soup Garnishes
Tips:
- You
can garnish
your soup with egg or egg yolk. In that case you need one egg (or egg
yolk)
per person. Just slip egg on each soup plate (or bowl) and beat lightly
then pour the hot soup over the egg.
- Unsweetened
pancakes cut into thin
strips are excellent in soup. Just drop some into soup before serving.
