Ham
Salad Sandwiches
Ingredients:
1 cup
minced ham
1/2 cup chopped ham
1/4 cup Horseradish Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish, drained
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Combine
all ingredients.
- Refrigerate
for about 1 hour before use.
- Use
soft breads or rolls to prevent salads from squeezing out of
sandwiches.
- Line
the rolls or breads with lettuce leafs to keep it from absorbing
too much moisture.

Lower fat products may be lower in fat but not significantly
lower in
calories. Ingredients such as sugar or starch that are added to replace

Instead of using two teaspoons of mayonnaise on your sandwich, use one
teaspoon. Better yet, switch to mustard.
