Glazed
Hot Roasted Pork
Ingredients:
1 lb well
trimmed pork tenderloin
Salt and
ground black pepper to taste
For Sauce:
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon
dijon mustard
1
tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon
garlic, pressed or minced
2
tablespoons dry wine
1
tablespoon vegetable oil
1
tablespoon water
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 400º
F (200º C).
- Sprinkle pork with salt and
pepper.
- Place pork tenderloin in a
small roasting pan or tray just large enough
to hold pork.
- Mix all ingredients for
sauce.
- Brush pork with
prepared sauce and roast for about 20 to 25
minutes, turning once.
- Let stand for 10 minutes
before slicing.
- Serve with cooked vegetables.
Makes 4 servings.
