Guacamole
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
2
tablespoons freshly squeezed
lime
or lemon
juice
1
teaspoon minced garlic
1
teaspoon fresh thyme,
chopped
1
teaspoon fresh oregano,
chopped
1
teaspoon fresh parsley,
chopped
1
teaspoon jalapeno
pepper, minced
Salt
to taste
Preparation:
- Prepare
garlic and herbs and
set aside.
- Cut
avocado lengthwise around
the seed, than rotate the halves to separate.
- Remove
the seed and peel the
avocado by placing the cut side down and removing the skin with a knife.
- In
a food processor or with
electric mixer, mash avocado.
- Add
lime or lemon juice, garlic
and herbs and mix well.
- Season
with salt, cool and serve
guacamole
with chips.
