"For sheer
storytelling power--and
breathtaking pace -- Clark is without peer." -- People.
Pretend
You Don't See Her - To reclaim her true identity she must face
almost certain death. Manhattan real estate agent
Lacey Farrell is witness to the dying words of a murder victim. The
dying
woman is convinced that the killer was after her daughter's journals.
Lacey
gives the journal to the police after making a copy for herself -- an
impulse
that later proves nearly fatal. Placed under the witness protection
program,
Lacey's life changes and she meets a man. Unable to live with the
facade,
she breaks it off just as the killer traces her down. Lacey heads back
to Manhattan, determined to uncover who's behind the murder -- before
she's
the next victim.
You
Belong to Me - A masterful combination of page-turning
suspense and classic mystery. A killer who targets lonely
women on cruise ships is at the center of Clark's thriller You Belong
to
Me.
When Dr. Susan Chandler decides
to use her daily radio talk show to explore the phenomenon of women who
disappear and are later found to have become victims of killers who
prey
on the lonely and insecure, she has no idea that she is exposing
herself
-- and those closest to her -- to the very terror that she hopes to
warn
others against.
A
Cry in the Night
- Mary Higgins Clark out-did
herself in this one.
This book captures you as
you are reading it and you can't wait to see what is going to happen
next.
Jenny MacPartland was a
charming, divorced mother of two working at a New York art gallery when
she was suddenly whisked away into a life of luxury by wealthy artist
Eric
Krueger. But a chain of shattering events reveal a link to a past more
terrifying than she dared imagine.
All
Around the Town
- An intense journey into the
dark world of child abuse and Multiple Personality Disorder this great
book will grip your attention and not let go until the last page is
finished.
The spellbinding New York Times
bestseller from today's reigning queen of suspense. With a terrifying
twist
at the climax, the author of Loves Music, Loves to Dance takes readers
on an emotionally riveting journey into the mind of a young tortured

One of the best books I have every read.
Moonlight
Becomes You - If you like mystery,
you will like any of Mary Higgins Clark's books. Newport, Rhode Island:
a world
of old money, old names, and sinister secrets. Maggie Holloway, a
fashion
photographer, goes to visit an old friend -- but when she arrives, the
friend is dead, the victim of a violent robbery. Maggie is stunned when
she learns that she's the beneficiary of the will -- and even more
stunned
when she recognizes a pattern of murder in Newport society that will
lead
the killer straight to her.
Loves
Music, Loves to Dance - I recommend this book
for everybody whether you like suspense novels or not. New York's
trendy magazines
are a source of peril when a killer enacts a bizarre dance of death,
using
the personal ads to lure his victims. And if the killer has his way,
decorator
Darcy Scott will be his next "date." The suspense is rivoting and will
make you want to flip to the end, but don't! It's worth the wait.
While
My Pretty One Sleeps - This exciting and shocking

innocent
witness in the Lambstone investigation, Neeve is drawn into a sinister
labyrinth of greed and ambition.

research.
The main caracter Kate DeMaio characte is trying to solve a mystery

will end up leading her to Dr. Highley's research, but before she can
finish

Aspire
to the Heavens - This fabulous little book
took us into Mr. Washington's personal life from his uncomfortable
relationship
with his own mother, to his lifelong infatutation with his best
friend's
wife, through to his spunky courtship and marriage to the wonderful and
intuitive Mrs. Washington (Martha).
Mary Higgins Clark taught
us to KNOW George Washington, with all his leadership qualities and
common
sense mannerisms, allowing us to respect and admire him for the great
person
he was (much in the same way that he WAS perceived by his country men
of
the 1700's). This magnificent book gives us history, adventure, romance
& a glimpse into a bygone era.
