Make your job or daily routine more physical: Take a brisk walk during your lunch break, use the stairs instead of elevator, try watching your favourite show when you are on treadmill etc.

A few 10-minute stints of exercise are just as good as working out for 30 minutes straight.

Add some new moves to your exercise habit. When you do the same thing over and over, your body adapts until the movement is no longer as effective. So, kick the habit and try charting your workouts. Keeping track of the numbers can also help you keep the fitness faith.</description>
